A taste of Sweden, made with love

In 2014 I moved to the US from Sweden. Growing up, my half Swedish, half Italian family always had a passion for food. After I met my American wife, we moved to the US where we hosted annual Swedish Holiday parties to celebrate that taste of home during the holidays. When I realized it wasn't just my wife that loved my cooking, I decided make and share these meatballs with you.
